Accommodations
Rooms have been secured at the Hilton Anatole for guests traveling to the event. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with hotel booking details. Guests are required to book their hotel using the link in the confirmation email by March 1. Room and tax expenses are covered by the participating institutions. Guests are responsible for incidentals and will be required to put a credit card on file upon booking.

We recommend arriving in the early afternoon on April 10, 2024, to check in and attend the opening reception and dinner that evening.
